Q) HOW WILL WE VIEW AND RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
A) You will receive your photos in an online gallery with a slideshow of favorites to tell the story of your day! Friends and family can view and purchase prints directly from your gallery! If you purchase the digital files you will have immediate download access and will recieve the files on a USB for safe keeping.

Q) CAN WE REMOVE THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION FROM THE WEDDING PACKAGE?

A) Your engagement session is a gift! We feel that time is so important for us to get to know each other and for you to get comfortable being photographed! If you would rather not do engagement photos, or have already done them, we can totally book time for a coffee and get to know each other that way!

Q) DO WE HAVE TO DECIDE ON ALBUMS NOW OR CAN WE ORDER THEM LATER?

A) You can always order your album after the wedding. The benefit to ordering now is saving with the package price.

Q) IF OUR RECEPTION RUNS LATER THAN WE EXPECTED, CAN YOU STAY UNTIL THE VERY END TO CAPTURE OUR GRAND EXIT?

A) Absolutely! If we stay more than 30 minutes later than agreed on, you will be billed for overtime after the wedding.

Q) EVERYTHING SOUNDS GREAT, WHAT’S THE BOOKING PROCESS FROM HERE?

A) Awesome! We are excited to chat with you and see if our studio is a perfect fit for you and your wedding! Please email studio@byshea.com to let us know you are ready to book and which package you are interested in. We’ll schedule a consultation for in person or over the phone/video chat. Once we receive both the contract and retainer payment, your date is officially reserved!

Q) CAN WE MAKE PAYMENTS?
A) Definitely! Let me know what type of payment plan works for you and

we can set that up. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding date. A reminder email will be sent out when this is due!

Q) WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? A) Credit cards, Pay Pal, Checks and Cash are all welcome!
