Step 1: Book Your Appointment
CA Seniors have reserved session times from July 5th – September 13th available for booking with the calendar below. Find an open date and click ‘book appointment’ for the time that works best.
→ If you would like the FARM SESSION or DESTINATION SESSION, please book an 8:00 AM or 5:00 PM time slot to allow for the best outdoor lighting.

Q) How much does a session cost?
A) Your session cost will consist of two parts—the sitting fee & the products you decide to purchase. The Senior Pricing Guide will be in your welcome packet and email and include the packages and a-la-carte options exclusive to Clarksville Academy.
1 → The sitting fee: This year we are offering three options for your senior portrait session!
The Yearbook Session // $150 // Includes a simple 45 minute session at the indoor studio. Formal portrait with drape or jacket/tie. Two casual looks. —— This session yields an average of 15 proofs, covering just what you need for the yearbook!
The Farm Session // $250 // A full 90 minute session at the indoor studio and Shea’s farm. Formal portrait with drape or jacket/tie. Three casual looks with a variety of outdoor options! —— This session will start with the formal portrait in the studio and continue with casual looks at the farm – a perfect opportunity for sports/vehicles. You can expect a gallery of at least 60 proofs.

Destination Session // $325 // This session is unlimited! We can shoot in as many locations and outfits as you like, after your formal portrait at the studio. —— This would be a perfect choice for the senior who wants unique looks with lots of variety. Choose from downtown Clarksville, Nashville, Marina, CA Sports Complex or any favorite spot!

2 → Prints + Products: You will be provided with an easy-to-use online ordering gallery! Add a package or your favorite a-la-carte items to the shopping cart. Once you checkout, your digital files will be available for instant download and any products will be delivered to your door! In-person ordering sessions are available by appointment. All print orders and yearbook images will be fully retouched. Digital files can be retouched at request.

Q) Where will my session take place?
A) All sessions will BEGIN at the new indoor natural light studio 8061 Hwy 41-a Cedar Hill, near exit 19. This year you have the option to upgrade your session to add a 2nd location such as Shea’s farm, Downtown Clarksville, Nashville, CA Sports Complex or any favorite spot!
Q) What to Wear?
A) Casual – Choose clothing that you are comfortable in and show your personality. Please bring up to 5 outfits to your session—we love options to choose from! Don’t forget your accessories and favorite items (sports gear, instruments, pet, etc).
Formal – The traditional black drape is provided for girls. Please bring desired jewelry. Guys please bring your suit jacket and neck/bow tie. Cap & Gown will be available and is optional.

Q) When will I get to see my pictures?
A) For a typical session, turnaround time is up to 2 weeks. You will be given a specific time frame at your session. I offer both online galleries and in person ordering.
Q) Yearbook and Order deadlines:
A) Your session MUST take place by September 30th in order to be included in the yearbook. All orders must be placed by December 1, 2016.
Q) Will my photos be retouched?
A) All images chosen for the yearbook and all print orders will be fully retouched. Please let the studio know if you have special retouch requests (such as braces, acne, stray hairs).
Q) I want to purchase the digital files with print release! Where should I print photos and announcements?
A) Once you purchase the digital files with print release, you are free to use any online or local lab.
