bryan + brigitte | durham north carolina engagement session

This was a very special shoot. I’ve known Bryan since 1st grade… we grew up just down the road from each other, and I left the country for the first time under his wing… and now, I couldn’t be more excited about what’s to come for one of my best friends… for Bryan has found his Brigitte. :) I can’t wait for their wedding this spring… and I actually get to ATTEND this one as a guest! allison + daniel | tennessee engagement session

Just finished up part two of Allison and Daniel’s engagement session… we started this spring at their friend’s farm and finished up on a recent gorgeous afternoon in Port Royal and Adams, Tennessee. Can’t wait for their wedding in October… I just love these two. View more of their sweet session here.

boom boom booth – the movie

It seemed like everyone was having a blast in the Boom Boom Booth this past weekend… just couldn’t resist making a little action movie of the photobooth at Megan and Eric’s Carnton Plantation wedding. Email the studio for more info on how to add this fun experience to your reception or event and view more of Megan and Eric’s wedding here.

over easy birmingham | food photography

Recently, I got to photograph the delicious new breakfast spot in Birmingham, owned by my friend Steven Jackson… Over Easy. We shot over 10 dishes from their menu and the interior of their fresh, clean and modern space. Steven’s wife and my good friend, Ashley, designed the logo and all the unique touches… especially fond of the gum-ball machine those gorgeous concrete countertops… If you’re ever passing through Birmingham, it’s a MUST EAT! YUM.
