Quick update: I’m in Charleston, South Carolina on an amazing retreat/shooting extravaganza/vacay with 8 other photographers from all parts of the country. Most of us had never met before, or had met just one other person… pretty much the trip is like a week-long blind date… and couldn’t be more fun! Thank you to Amelia and Cristi for the brilliance that is our new sorority and for bringing us all together. More details to come, but here is an overview… Read more »

Zach and Ashley…

Okay… so I realize I’m uber-far behind on my blog duties. I have a rarity here: three wedding-free weekends… and I’m trying to catch up! I am so in love with these barn-hay bale shots… thank you, Dad for not fixing the holes in the walls and providing… Read more »

sneak peek: Manry + Justin

Even after touring the gothic cathedrals in Europe, I dont know if I’ve seen a prettier church than the All Sanits’ Chapel. And thank goodness we got a little lost on the way, because we ended up at this unbelievable overlook, behind the giant white cross. I can’t wait to share more… a big congrats to Manry and Justin!

it’s wedding season…

And I’m elbow deep in it! Almost half the year has gone by… where have I been? Hm… maybe traveling everywhere from Indianappolis to the Mobile Bay, and having a blast doing the most fun job, ever! I know it’s so hard to wait the normal 4 to 6 weeks to get your wedding photos back… so my new goal is to try to post at least a couple sneak peeks after each wedding. (now that I have my laptop… Read more »
