So SO excited for Lisa, Cal and the whole Gentry clan–what a precious little man! After Lyla Kate’s session, I headed to Nashville for Charlie’s big photoshoot. It’s so neat to see how each and every baby is just so different from the other… different feet and toes, different eyes and hairlines, different rooms, different cries… but one thing is always the same and so special to see–the instant bond between a mother and her child.
This one above just cracks me up! Pretty sure Charlie wants to punch me in the face!
And I just adore this new prop find: an antique scale scored outside of Athens, AL. I always wanted to stop at the Candlelight Antique Mall off 65, and finally did with my last big carload back to Tennessee. And why don’t ‘they’ make a cute diaper cover for boys? Lisa and I just improvised and googled ‘how to fold a cloth diaper’ haha! {it wasn’t rocket science, and worked out just right!}
This photo above might be one of my favorite baby shots, ever. Such an intimate moment, totally natural… I love how Lisa is comforting Charlie, while exploring his little toes, with such a sweet smile on her face… so beautiful. View more of Charlie’s photo session here.
