I’m sifting through 12 pages of notes tonight… from an incredible workshop–a rather intense 5 hour LIFE workshop–with Justin & Mary Marantz. Simply amazing. We covered everything from business, finances, and the world to self and our personal lives… and the crucial balance of them all. We even reached a point, with not one dry eye in the place, to think about what we wanted to leave behind… to actually write out our obituaries AAAAND read them. It really puts things into perspective to reflect on what ‘was’ most important in your life, to think of how others would sum you up, just like that, after it all.
I’m so pumped to share what I learned (perhaps obituary included) and my goals for the year… getting them out there means I have to follow through, right? So off to sleep on that. A big THANK YOU goes out to Justin and Mary for today… for being so open, honest and transparent about your lives… you really touched my heart. My favorite quote from the day:
